Head of Product, AI-Driven Media Buying Platform
Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead the development and growth of our proprietary AI-driven platform for media buying and optimization. This platform will revolutionize the way we leverage data, insights, and automation to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in product management, data-driven technologies, and the media or advertising ecosystem, with a proven track record of leading complex product initiatives from ideation to execution.
Location: New York City
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision:Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI-powered media buying platform in alignment with the company’s business objectives. Over time, seamlessly absorb and/or integrate existing product solutions into main product branch.
- Platform Development:Lead the end-to-end development of the platform, including data integration, machine learning models, optimization algorithms, and user interface design.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with engineering, data science, data partnerships, product marketing and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Client-and-Business-Centric Approach:Work closely with internal business teams and their clients to gather feedback, identify needs, and ensure the platform meet existing client needs while built to support the evolving demands of the media buying landscape.
- Product Team Leadership:Build and lead a cross-disciplinary team of product managers, UX/UI, program managers, and QA specialists to drive product innovation.
- Team Management & Growth:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and inform product development. Possesses modern understanding of data science concepts and how they integrate with AI technologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience:10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the media, advertising, or technology sectors. Experience with AI and data-driven platforms is a must.
- Technical Proficiency:Strong understanding of machine learning, data science principles, and cloud-based architecture. Hands-on experience with product development processes and agile methodologies.
- Strategic Thinker:Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Leadership & Influence:Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive organizational alignment around product initiatives.
- Analytical Skills:Expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and translating insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Salary Range
$200,000.00 - $500,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
