OverviewWe are looking for an Associate Business Affairs Manager to join the Publicis Groupe’s Integrated Business Affairs team. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, including production, creative, strategy, legal, and finance, to ensure a seamless production process and final delivery of assets. You have amazing attention to detail, are ready to learn and be challenged, and can think proactively and outside of the box.
Responsibilities- Create production estimates and purchase orders, process invoices, monitor budgets, and track vendor payments throughout the production process.
- Process talent payments and generate talent advices.
- Support team in finalizing bid specs, vendor agreements, and production releases.
- Declare production, post-production, and special insurance coverage.
- Partner with production team to finalize and send casting specs, book talent (as needed), and prepare talent agreements.
- Prepare final cast lists and completion reports.
- Assist in stock licensing requests.
- Track usage rights, including talent, music, and other third-party agreements.
- Set up new vendors, and help track and actualize production budgets.
- Assist with filing Film Tax Incentives.
Qualifications- 1-3 years of applicable experience (including internships) in an advertising agency or production company preferred.
- General understanding of production processes.
- Excellent people skills, strong verbal and written skills are critical.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to keep projects on time and on budget, works well under pressure
- Possesses characteristics of curiosity, resourcefulness, passion, initiative, creativity
- Team-player attributes such as competency, accountability, and collaboration

Compensation Range: $51,000 - $75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
