Epsilon is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to join our strong and steady Automotive SEM team.
The Senior Manager, Paid Social will report to the Vice President, Campaign Operations.
You will be hands-on in executing in digital platforms, and assist, support, coach and train our Social Strategists and Senior Social Strategists by identifying and fixing performance concerns and responding to deeper ad hoc analyses.

- Impact: You will be the ultimate owner of client performance. You will be responsible for driving client performance & success; Design, implementation & execution of paid social strategy; Acting as the primary paid social POC for your clients; Project management; Team mentorship and management.
- Career Growth: If successful, the Senior Manager, Paid Social may gain exposure to other clients where you can make the most impact. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a Director level role helping to mentor more junior managers and strategists.
Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- A deep understanding of social and be skilled at effectively communicating paid social goals, targets, and tactics to clients and can get into the weeds on all things paid social
- Experience w/ feed management systems & implementations
- Experience with CAPI, pixel implementation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to Create roadmaps, planning strategic initiatives, & optimization efforts to exceed client goals and expectations
- Facilitating client & vendor calls, discussing & setting client expectations on performance, deliverables, goals, and timelines
- Campaign monitoring to ensure the account is pacing well relative to budgets and targets
- Implementing testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creatives & audience segmentation
- Coordinating with engineering and database teams to facilitate technology implementations that drive client and operational efficiency
- Ensure timely campaign launches and ongoing optimization strategies and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay current with Facebook new features and best practices, with an eye toward emerging social platforms and strategies
- Initiative – A love for learning your clients’ businesses from the inside out and take personal pride in growing their top and bottom lines
- Problem Solving – Proven prior work experience delivering quantifiable improvements in ROI and CPA across all channels
- Collaboration – Being able to work in a player/coach role and work as an individual contributor as well as coaching/managing Paid Social Strategists
- Organization – Excellent organizational and communication skills: you’ll need to be able to oversee several projects and effectively communicate and teach optimization tasks to multiple team members at once, all while looking for opportunities to streamline account work through automation and developing a QA plan for each client
- Why you might stand out from other talent:
- A minimum of 5 years’ paid social experience within a client-facing digital marketing role
- You are comfortable working with 3rd party digital marketing tools
- Proven prior work experience managing direct reports / team members and demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports into more senior roles
- Experience with Automotive and/or Automotive Marketing
Pay Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
