The Supervisor, Search is tasked with overseeing a team of Sr. Campaign Managers and Campaign Managers in the creation, execution, reporting, and optimization of a large retail client’s search campaigns. They will be responsible for a strong attention to process and detail and applying it towards a best-in-class search program that meets or exceeds client objectives. Alongside the Associate Director, the Supervisor will serve as a primary day to day point of contact for Strategy, Investment, Data & Analytics, and clients.
Responsibilities- Drive client success by managing search campaign performance and consistently meeting or exceeding goals
- Develop and implement innovative testing strategies for new search partners and technologies to maximize ROI
- Lead search campaign execution for assigned client accounts, maintaining daily/weekly status updates and ensuring accountability
- Proactively recommend strategic search initiatives to support evolving client objectives
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement
- Enhance campaign best practices and uphold high account management standards
- Ensure quality assurance across all campaigns, from planning to execution
- Spearhead innovation initiatives at all organizational levels, challenging the status quo
- Deliver insightful performance reports with data-driven optimization recommendations
- Effectively delegate and manage projects across the team to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Review and refine client deliverables, ensuring all recommendations are strategic and actionable
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to streamline workflows within Zenith and with agency partners
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners, positioning Zenith as a preferred client
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for new team members
- Present search best practices to internal agency partners, showcasing expertise and driving adoption
- Craft and pitch compelling recommendations for new campaigns and strategies
- Analyze existing campaigns and provide data-driven optimization recommendations
- Stay at the forefront of search trends and industry developments, sharing insights with the team
- Mentor junior team members through regular 1:1 meetings, identifying growth opportunities, and building technical skills
- Ensure fiscal responsibility by managing media budgets in line with agency investment outlines
- Contribute to financial planning by participating in billing audits and forecasting exercises for senior management
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
- 3+ years of account management experience in paid search advertising; client side or agency side preferred
- Proven experience managing large-scale Search, Shopping, or Performance Max campaigns on Google Ads and
- Bing Ads; retail industry experience highly preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience using core SEM tools such as Bing, Google, and SA360
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to move at an agile pace

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $97,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
