The Epsilon Director, Client Management position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on sales and revenue growth within an assigned portfolio of existing accounts. By working closely with the Vertical Lead, Client Lead, and client stakeholders, the candidate will drive the expanded utilization of Epsilon solutions, thereby enhancing client business outcomes. This role is central to fostering collaborative efforts across multiple teams, including solution consultants, customer success, pricing, product, client engagement, and solution delivery. Through strategic coordination and proactive engagement, the candidate will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive sustained business success. As an Epsilon Director, Client Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for your assigned accounts. Your strategic acumen and extensive sales experience, combined with your talent for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, will be essential in expanding Epsilon’s footprint. You will not only identify new opportunities but also foster lasting partnerships that contribute to mutual success, positioning Epsilon as a trusted leader in the market.
What you will Achieve
- In this role, you will drive profitable account revenue growth by educating stakeholders on Epsilon's capabilities and closing opportunities to expand Epsilon’s footprint. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges and tailoring your approach to meet their needs. By influencing account strategies, you will drive positive outcomes and lead quarterly client business reviews. You will develop and implement strategic account plans, align tactics with business objectives, and effectively communicate the account vision to internal teams. Leading negotiations to meet revenue targets, you will use strategic selling tools to drive sales of new solutions.
- Collaboration with sales, marketing, product, finance, and delivery teams will be crucial, ensuring coordinated efforts across Epsilon’s business units. Additionally, you will support new business pitches and joint client reviews with Publicis agencies. You will manage and negotiate contracts, actively oversee the P&L for your accounts, utilize management solutions for opportunities and revenue, and stay informed on industry trends to keep Epsilon a leader in the field.

- Demonstrated success in leading client relationships to drive substantial growth, particularly within a defined industry or market segment.
- Driving organic growth with existing TMT clients, focusing on expanding relationships and revenue within current accounts, which is distinct from pursuing new business with new clients.
- Strong understanding of TMT client MarTech environment
- Extensive expertise in data-driven marketing, adept at applying sophisticated marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies to achieve impactful business outcomes.
- Significant experience within an agency holding company, proficient in navigating a hybrid-agency engagement model.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying opportunities and crafting effective, data-backed strategies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts and ideas with clarity and confidence.
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach, skilled at working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and various Epsilon business units.
- Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and exceeding business objectives.
- Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM tools and sales analytics software to optimize sales processes and drive performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of client services, professional sales, and business development in a quota-bearing role.
- 7-10 years of experience driving revenue teams.
- Extensive experience in the Media/Advertising sector.
- Proven leadership in driving growth in the Telecom, Media, and Entertainment sector, with deep Telecom expertise.
- Deep digital experience in audience acquisition, customer retention, business expansion, and leveraging digital for Telecom client performance.
- 10+ years of Telecom client experience, with a comprehensive understanding of corporate structure, business units, and key industry terms.
- 5+ years managing digital/programmatic campaigns with a proven revenue growth record.
- Self-motivated with a talent for identifying new business opportunities and skilled in consultative and solution selling to define marketing transformation plans.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in client management and sales across technology, platform, ad solutions, direct marketing, programmatic, display, and agency sectors.
- Proficient in guiding advertising measurement processes (MMM, MTA, ROAS, IROAS, Viewability) and translating client performance metrics to specific business outcomes.
- Multi-disciplined marketer with expertise in strategy, analytics, media performance, forecasting, and marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
- Familiarity with leveraging Retailer Media Networks and 2nd & 3rd party retailer data for campaign activations and attribution for TMT clients.
- Strong AdTech and MarTech background with an understanding of the Carrier ecosystem, metrics, and data sets to drive outcomes through platforms and digital engagement.
- Proficient in data, audience strategy, and investment to drive retention, acquisition, personalization, next-best action, and journey optimization, using CRM tools and sales analytics software.
Pay Range: $141,000 - $235,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
