Job Summary:
Picture Motion is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Screenings Manager to manage social impact campaigns from conception to completion. The role will focus on both digital marketing strategies and coordinating digital and promotional marketing for theatrical and streaming premieres and our grassroots educational and community screening tours for film and television and other impact-driven media projects. You will work within set project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful campaign execution
ResponsibilitiesProject & Campaign Management
- Support all aspects of campaign performance, including strategy, timelines, and budgets according to Scope of Work (SOW) and KPIs.
- Collaborate with clients to establish KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet both internal and client expectations.
- Lead the development and final review of campaign materials such as master grids, project briefs, screening tour and digital and theatrical promotions processes.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to coordinators, ensuring all weekly tasks and deadlines are met when applicable.
- Create and manage tracking documents in MS Planner, ensuring all tasks are aligned with campaign goals.
Screening Tour & Event Coordination
- Build and grow outreach lists, and strategize timing and communication for educational and community screening tours.
- Develop outreach templates, tracking documents, and oversee outreach activities.
- Manage event logistics including film file and digital distribution for screenings.
- Coordinate with screening hosts and manage follow-up communications.
- Develop and manage additional impact opportunities (e.g., digital extensions, social media campaigns, influencer involvement, panel discussions).
Digital Marketing & Outreach
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to drive engagement and amplify campaign reach for educational screening tours, theatrical screenings and streaming promotions.
- Build and grow high-level partnerships and grassroots partnerships to support screenings and digital activations.
- Manage CRM platform and mass email marketing tool to track outreach efforts, leads, and campaign data.
- Create and maintain content for digital channels in collaboration with the marketing team.
Client & Vendor Management
- Serve as a direct contact for client communications, providing updates, scheduling meetings, and addressing inquiries.
- Create and deliver client-ready documents, including weekly updates, meeting agendas, wrap reports, case studies, and post-mortems.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with vendors and partners.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain, update, and track contacts in our CRM and master database.
- Analyze campaign data, interpret engagement metrics, and present insights in post-campaign reports and white papers.
- Provide strategic pivot plans and mid campaign reports
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on campaign milestones and deliverables.
Company Involvement & Leadership
- Stay informed on industry trends, and participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns.
- Represent Picture Motion at industry events and on company social media channels.
- Collaborate on internal initiatives such as content creation for the company’s newsletter, blog, and website.
- Assist in achieving overall company goals, contributing to company-wide projects, meetings, and initiatives.
QualificationsManagement & Leadership Skills
- Ability to effectively manage and delegate tasks while identifying and solving campaign challenges.
- Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting CRM, email marketing tools, and social media platform data, with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Community management experience and the ability to have positive and productive correspondence with screening host or community leaders/members.
- Expertise in managing project timelines and enforcing processes to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Attention to Detail
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail in all communications, documents, and reporting.
- Ability to produce client-ready documents with minimal errors and on schedule.
Time Management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfort in setting deadlines and flagging when tasks require additional resources or attention.
Self-Motivation & Growth
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach, able to anticipate and solve campaign challenges.
- Willingness to learn from mistakes, adapt, and grow professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or client relations.
- Experience in the film or social impact space is welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 360, CRM database and email marketing tools
