OverviewThe Paid Social Supervisor is a leadership position within the Paid Social department responsible for leading strategy and overseeing a team of Paid Social professionals. This individual acts as the strategic and operational point of contact and makes sure the team delivers flawlessly. This person also plays a key role in the professional development of the staff and continuously evolves processes.
ResponsibilitiesCore Skills
- Collaborates with the internal teams on Paid Social media planning planning and measurement.
- Demonstrates a “big picture” understanding of clients’ Paid Social strategy.
- Consults on forecasting models.
- Is responsible for delivering ongoing timely thought capital.
- Deep understanding of the campaign building process across all major Paid Social platforms
- Ability to develop impactful insights off Paid Social data
- Self-starter with terrific attention to detail
- Ability to delegate effectively and set expectations with fellow teammates
Client Exposure
- Acts as the strategic client point of contact for Paid Social program management.
- Present regular strategy and campaign results to client POCs.
- Cultivate partner relationships in ways that are strategic and help drive client business.
Business Development
- Actively contributes to new business efforts by acting as a subject matter expert when needed.
Team Leadership
- Oversee a Media Planner on a large client team including: ongoing feedback on career development and participating in internal management training to develop leadership competency
Agency Leadership
- Develops thought capital and POV related to client work and the Paid Social landscape in general.
- Owns a Paid Social discipline development initiative (e.g. marketing, publisher relations committee, analytics, training program).
- Facilitates internal training programs on the Paid Social landscape and fosters best practice across clients.
Qualifications- 4+ years of Paid Social experience required.
- Hands-on-keyboard experience in all major Paid Social platforms including: campaign creation, audience segmentation/targeting, budget management and optimization is required.
- Conversant with all Paid Social terminology and key tools (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Reddit etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or mentorship role.
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong client-service orientation with keen sense for details.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - 110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
