OverviewWe are looking for a Group Vice President of Program Management for our growing team. In this role, you will operate as an expert of scope, process, tools, and methodology, being highly skilled at financial management of projects and accounts, and drive adoption and governance across your accounts, office, or region. You will navigate with grace across multiple stakeholders, cross-agency teams and third parties to 'inspire a shared vision' for the combined multidisciplinary team. You will protect the interest of the internal organization with regards to unambiguous scope and profitability, while working to solve for the client's most challenging business problems. You will also be expected to actively uncover new organic growth opportunities to expand the Razorfish footprint and continuously grow the business as well as grow future leaders of the organization.
Responsibilities- Runs an increasingly larger and more complex portfolio of programs for a client or across 2+ clients; partners across multiple agencies
- Effectively drives and manages a team of cross-functional team members through the sales process for our largest or transformational engagements ($30M)
- Works with the Client Services Lead to effectively define the proposed solution approach for the program(s)/portfolio(s)
- Ensures that effective Account level communications plans are created and executed properly to meet Client commitments (e.g. proposal reviews, pricing reviews)
- Objectively diagnoses root causes of programs that are challenged and leads Razorfish and Client teams to develop recovery plans
- Provides leadership support and direction for change management as needed and helps manage through the client organization
- Suggests implement customizations to methodology, tools and processes based on Client and project level specifics
- Pilots new processes and tools to drive innovation and improve performance without compromising the methodology and drives organizational adoption and governance on new tools, process and methodology
- Collaborates across multiple stakeholders and contributing cross-agency teams to 'Inspire a shared vision' for the combined multidisciplinary team
- Aligns Client operational and financial requirements, as well as desired methodology, with optimal Deal Structure
- Owns one or more senior-level client relationships; negotiates with these clients on a variety of project and program matters and builds/nurtures relationships with direct and indirect Executive clients
- Ensures Executive Stakeholders are aware of key RAID that can affect project timelines and budgets
- Identifies conflicting Executive Client or Razorfish expectations, and drive to resolution
- Proactively inquires as to Razorfish performance against expectations, such as the ability to negotiate any corrective actions
Qualifications- Experience managing large and highly complex digital programs of approximately $20M in revenue in a fast-paced agency environment; Channels may include display, web, social, e-CRM/e-mail, and online video
- Ability to work with the Client Services Lead/discipline experts to analyze the impact of estimate changes to overall program revenue/margin and effectively define the proposed solution approach for the program(s)/portfolio(s)
- Ability to direct and truly defend the integrated estimate for our most complex marketing transformation programs across multiple capability groups
- Complete understanding of the work across disciplines in order to provide meaningful value to others in helping them review their estimates
- Ability to create Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project plans for an extra-large program and multiple projects
- Proficiency in the scope process, from working with Clients to de-prioritize low value / high effort scope, through ensuring teams work to remove scope ambiguity to resolving conflicts through mutually agreed assumptions
- Ability to lead difficult scoping conversations with Clients to drive scope trade-offs keeping constraints such as Client budget or timeline in mind
- Ability to understand project scope and transform into an executable plan for our largest and most complex programs
- Ensures that our internal interests are clearly protected in terms of unambiguous scope, articulate assumptions and third-party dependencies for large complex contracts
- Ability to lead the vision, planning, orchestration, and execution of a series of workshops on large, highly complex programs.

Compensation Range: $167,000 - $273,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
