OverviewThe Video Senior Associate helps the team execute Video plans across the full Video eco-system (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, etc). You will support all activation activities, providing a solid learning environment in the world of Video.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
ResponsibilitiesYour Impact:
- Assist in the Video Activation Process across multiple clients:
- Analyze plans from partners
- Issue order letters
- Facilitate makegoods and re-expressions
- Handle all 'systems' work (entering buys, etc.)
- Handle any research requests (rankers, ratings reports, buy schedules)
Additional Daily Tasks
- Handle billing discrepancies
- Update Traffic docs
- Keep team informed on status of projects
Qualifications- 18 months National Video activation experience
- 6 months - 1+ year experience using Media Ocean tools (Mbox, Prisma, etc.)
