OverviewThe Clients
- UBS is one of the world’s largest financial services companies, and has grown even larger since last year’s acquisition of Credit Suisse.
- With 3 core divisions focusing on Wealth Management, Investment Banking & Asset Management they offer varied solutions to B2C and B2B clients.
- Spark Foundry undertakes strategic development and global media planning and buying and execution of UBS campaigns.
- We have a central team based out of London, working in close collaboration with UBS. Spark Foundry has been working with UBS for close to 20 years and has developed a strong partnership.
- We work in close collaboration with our offices in Zurich (global biddable activation), Hong Kong & Chicago (regional/local planning and activation)
Responsibilities- Play a key role in developing media plans, and activating those plans in collaboration with our teams in Zurich, Hong Kong & Chicago.
- Lead and manage campaign (direct display, programmatic /PMP) tagging and trafficking.
- Media negotiation, booking and buying – includes overseeing finance process from IO, bookings. Liaising with agency finance team to reconcile booked media insertions against finance / invoice reports.
- Collaborate on all campaign reporting outputs for the client & lead campaign optimisations .
- Overseeing and supporting an Account Executive & playing a key role in their management and growth.
- Building strong relationships with partner agencies, media vendors/owners and clients.
Qualifications- Experience in analysing data & building reports, to be shared internally & with clients.
- Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and projects.
- Experience trafficking campaigns & using an ad-server.
- Past experience working on international accounts or campaigns a plus.
- Self-starter.
- Strong project management skills.
- Passion for digital and innovation.
- Attention to detail and sound analytical skills.
- Experience of finance tools such as DDS and Prisma or similar is a bonus.
