OverviewWith at least 3 years’ experience in a client or partnerships facing digital marketing role, we are looking for someone who can work strategically & independently. Proactive with a data-driven approach, you will be skilled at developing strong relationships with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will contribute to the development and growth of new business and retention of existing major advertisers. There will be a high dependency on you to identify opportunities for improvement to business development processes, collateral, and approach to pitches. You will work closely with business development leadership as well as collaborate with other departments towards achieving those goals. This role will be supporting the UK & Europe.
Responsibilities- Pitch Support & Delivery:
- Collaborate with the business development team to define the strategy employed in pitches, based on best practices and prospects' goals and pain points.
- Conduct gap analysis, qualitatively evaluating the analysis and creating a go-to-market strategy to present to prospects.
- Participate in significant in-person pitches to ensure effective delivery.
- Transition the go-to-market strategy to the delivery team in Client Development for seamless execution.
- RFP Support:
- Cultivate and maintain a library of RFP responses.
- Develop content for the RFP library using best practice responses that are up to date.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery of RFP responses with excellence.
- Contribute to and/or lead the overall response strategy for RFPs.
- Sales Intelligence:
- Create and maintain competitor "battle cards," highlighting CJ's points of differentiation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create competitive marketing and positioning materials.
- Provide training to the team to enable competitive knowledge sharing.
- Global Competitive Intelligence SME:
- Lead the gathering and dissemination of competitive intelligence on a global scale.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure that the organization is well-informed about competitive landscapes.
- Additional Responsibilities & Projects:
- As needed, take on additional responsibilities and projects to support business development and strategy.
Qualifications- 5+ years of overall experience
- With 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience in and talent for Business Development
Business/Technical Expertise
- Digital marketing experience within the UK and/or Europe
- Highly motivated results driven individual with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a diverse organization and diverse global clients.
- Goal oriented, with strong execution skills
- Ability to work across departments and divisions by building consensus and delivering upon stated objectives.
- Excellent communication skills
- Follow-through on ideas and tasks, over-coming objections
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, positive attitude and respects others within the team
