OverviewEpsilon is seeking a Digital Business Consultant to work closely with clients to assess their marketing needs, understand their current priorities and challenges, assess needs in terms of platforms, processes, data and recommend suitable tactics to enhance their digital marketing effectiveness.
You will be consulting clients on their CRM strategy, campaign strategy, data & audience strategy through market research and analysis and also support with insights & reporting and recommend tactics and approaches.
Responsibilities- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, target audience, pain points. Conduct thorough assessments of their existing digital marketing strategy and identify tactics for improvements
- Recommendations and Roadmap: Develop comprehensive recommendations and a roadmap for optimizing the digital marketing strategies. Present findings to clients, clearly explaining the benefits, costs, and requirements of recommended tactics. Prioritize recommendations based on their potential impact and alignment with the client's marketing strategy.
- Data and Analytics: Work closely with clients to establish robust data collection and analytics processes. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with marketing goals. Configure analytics tools and dashboards to provide accurate and actionable insights for campaign optimization and decision-making.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of the digital marketing strategy and assess its effectiveness in achieving marketing goals. Analyze data, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and propose adjustments or enhancements to optimize performance. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to recommend future enhancements to the tech stack.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' goals. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurable targets to track campaign effectiveness. Provide strategic guidance on the selection and utilization of digital marketing channels, technologies, and tools to enhance online visibility, brand recognition, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Industry Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in digital marketing. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, industry benchmarks, and potential areas of differentiation for clients. Share industry insights and thought leadership to guide clients' decision-making and keep them at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, trusted relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and value. Proactively engage with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, industry developments, and new marketing opportunities. Anticipate clients' evolving needs and propose new strategies or initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing, Enterprise Technology are a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consulting.
- Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including website, mobile app, social, email marketing, and analytics.
- Knowledge on digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving marketing challenges.
Must Have:
- 8-10 years of experience steering and guiding client discussions
- Experience in Partnering with clients to align on their marketing goals, target audience, and challenges, while evaluating and enhancing their existing digital strategy.
- Experience in creating and presenting a detailed roadmap for enhancing digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to set up effective data collection and analytics processes, define KPIs aligned with marketing goals, and configure tools and dashboards for actionable insights and campaign optimization.
- Experience in Audience Segmentation, CRM strategy, Measuring effectiveness of Campaign and CRM tools.
