OverviewThis role requires working with the publisher development team to support them in management and growth of publishers working with CJ Affiliate. The analyst is also required to provide support in publisher audits, competitor analysis and enrolling publishers into advertiser's programs.

As a performance-based marketing channel, we help advertisers acquire new customers and increase sales to current customers while facilitating compensation to publishers for every action they drive. What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for responding to influencer queries and communications.
- Engage with high-performing clients.
- Train and educate influencers on CJ tools, platforms, and product solutions.
- Develop client-facing and internal reports by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting social and performance insights.
- Support project management and operational functions of the Campaigns Team.
- Coordinate across multiple departments and teams (both internally and with clients) to manage campaign assets and deliverables.
- Participate in building strategy presentations and post-campaign insights for influencer, content, and brand campaigns.
- Support end-to-end influencer sales and execution processes, including influencer sourcing, onboarding, and casting for each campaign.
- Build trend/vertical and competitive analysis reports using third-party tools, social listening, and campaign management tools.
- Support paid media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc., by establishing KPIs and measuring against benchmarks.
- Drive forward task efficiencies and consistent best practices across the team.
- Proactively identify and implement projects, automation, and recommendations to improve an influencer's program.
- Prioritize activities based on the needs of the team.
- Assist the manager with capacity planning and management.
Qualifications- Work experience with creators/influencers and/or paid social campaign execution
- You are able to collaborate with your team to solve complex issues
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- You have strong analytical skills
- You are respectful to varying opinions and perspectives
- Excellent organizational and communications skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment in order to meet tight deadlines
- A graduate in any discipline
- 8 - 10 years of exposure in digital media/client services roles
