Publicis Groupe’s Data Solutions team is at the forefront of delivering end-to-end data and reporting solutions for our key global clients. We partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop Publicis’s proprietary data technology, driving effective data management and reporting solutions across major client accounts.
The Role
As a Data Solutions Director, you’ll lead a talented team of Juniors, Managers, and Senior Managers, overseeing both client and technical aspects of our projects. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical implementation, ensuring that solutions meet the highest standards of accuracy, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities1. Leadership & Team Development
- Guide and mentor the Data Solutions team, setting a high standard for communication and accountability across projects.
- Act as a senior leader in client relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction on global reporting solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain close connections with client teams, especially with Global Reporting Leads, ensuring effective solutions and clear expectation management.
- Oversee account leads to provide strategic and technical support that aligns with each client’s objectives.
3. Data Quality & Integration
- Ensure data accuracy and quality across dashboards and reporting platforms, troubleshooting issues and identifying process improvements as needed.
4. Dashboard & Solution Development
- Lead dashboard design and implementation, translating client requirements into actionable technical briefs and overseeing the development lifecycle.
5. Technical Problem Solving
- Use expert knowledge in data systems to address technical challenges swiftly, fostering collaboration between teams to uphold data quality and project timelines.
Qualifications- Senior experience in data, development, or operations roles, preferably at Associate Director level or higher.
- Experienced in managing a medium-large sized team
- Expertise in client management, with a consultative approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of data and business intelligence technologies.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
