OverviewWe are looking for a new or experienced Paid Social Business Director, to lead the strategic and tactical execution of the LEGO social digital hub. You will develop the global digital strategy for LEGO and ensure that it is executed across 46 markets. You will also be responsible for ensuring implementation and optimization goals are achieved, and client’s targets are met as efficiently as possible. Campaigns will be a mix of branding, direct response and ecommerce.
You will lead, manage and own all paid social activity for LEGO across the business, working closely with partners including Meta, X, Snap, Pinterest and TikTok. You will manage multiple LEGO stakeholders, helping them set the vision for the channel and execute against it.
The role requires experience in leading a large team of social specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and growth. You should be adept in translating the big vision into practical, actionable steps for you team, while also helping to translate tactical tests and pilots back into the overall vision.
You will also be responsible for a key part of the business so will need commercial awareness, be able to identify revenue opportunities and be keen to drive the agency’s business forward commercially.
Responsibilities- Client leadership across all brands and markets within the LEGO portfolio
- Setting the strategic vision for biddable and executing it through the team and partners.
- Working closely with clients, internal teams and media owners to define and evolve the role of biddable for the brands you lead
- Contribute to the wider agency by being commercially aware of revenue-driving opportunities.
- Leading the output of the offshore team members to make them a key part of the team as well
QualificationsWhat are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in paid social, preferably from an agency environment
- Pror experience in an Account Director role or similar
- Demonstrated experience in client & team leadership
- Experience in scaled paid social clients
