Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Paid Media Launch Manager to lead the paid media execution across digital channels including paid social platforms like Meta and TikTok, as well as YouTube. You will be a key contributor to the overall Prime Video campaign launch strategy, owning channel level objectives to maximize and optimize our marketing and media investments in a programmatic way driving brand equity, engagement, and subscriber acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Own goals and performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns; monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the YouTube, Tiktok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit day to day lead, properly communicating and evangelizing processes, platform execution, customer engagement techniques and industry related topics.
- Own day to day relationships with agency teams and decision-makers across the US Paid Media Team driving stakeholders to execute on effective media plans that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Manage budgets, goal-pacing, overall performance & digital marketing trends, test & learn frameworks.
- Work with Prime Video marketing managers to evaluate opportunities to inform product roadmaps.
- Provide consultation on platform offerings to help inform product team and roadmaps.
- Facilitate and communicate comprehensive analysis and insights of campaigns and experiments, and make actionable recommendations to senior leadership and agencies.
- Coordinate with marketers in the US and globally to drive execution of marketing experiments and campaign / channel holdouts.
- Support annual ad tech priority planning, and scoping of top paid social customer use cases.
- Consult on best practices for campaign launch and dive deep with select ad tech partners.
- Manage external partner relationships with social platforms and Prime Video digital marketing agencies.
- Identify new biddable media opportunities for testing.
- Understand the competitive media landscape and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Improve biddable media program operations and management by identifying tools and mechanisms for automation, efficiency, and scale.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- 3+ years of paid media experience
- Experience building and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience effectively communicating information in spoken and written form
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Experience in entertainment/media industries
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills and strong business acumen
- Understanding of marketing measurement methodologies
- Depth of knowledge within advertising tech solutions including Google CM360
- Strong leadership and communication skills with multiple stakeholders
- Experience planning, executing, and scaling multi-channel paid media programs
- Understanding of earned media strategies including SEO and content marketing

Compensation
The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
