OverviewThe Role In A Nutshell
An experienced strategic thinker with experience across the digital space. You will act as a senior trusted advisor to our clients giving both strategic direction and tactical advice on influencer marketing programmes spanning social, digital and public relations. You will know how to leverage social and use social media in campaigns, build & maintain relationships with online influencers and create opportunities to upsell digital services. You will also identify emerging digital needs for the client as well as report to clients on on-going social media trends and best practice case studies. You will be an expert in the world of social media and influencer, from the latest platform, feature and trend developments, to ‘winning’ strategies and best practice community guidelines.
Responsibilities- You will be the strategic lead on IM and Social client accounts, providing counsel alongside Directors on all strategic matters, relating to the client and their industry
- Guiding integrated accounts with strategic advice to wider teams, with a particular focus on delegation and briefing so that the team can learn, grow, and develop
- Work with the Director, Social and Influencer to ensure integration of best practice IM and social planning/strategy.
- Work alongside team leads, Directors and resource manager to input into budgets, staffing and servicing levels to ensure continued profitability
- Demonstrate thought leadership and ability to sell in programmes with a strong influencer and social component, considering the IM and social dimensions of strategic planning.
- Develop proposals for client campaigns, including always-on social programmes, content creation, stakeholder programmes, social media campaigns, influencer and word of mouth strategy and events
- Work closely with the IM and social, creative, UX and development teams to project manage work and oversee the quality-of-service delivery
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as their key expert counsel and implementer to aid organic growth
- Work with planning and content teams to ensure content optimisation (organic and paid)

- Ability to think on your feet, work in an agile manner and adapt to changing requests
- A great communicator, collaborator and delegator with people of all levels
- Confident influencer expert and strategist capable of understanding the full cycle
- Digital native with understanding of social from owned, earned and paid perspectives Confident, intuitive, rigorous, love of creativity, respect for the ‘big idea’, natural communicator.
- Shaping the direction of some iconic global brands in developing & executing innovating social & influencer communications strategies
- Experience building & executing influencer campaign strategies of all size & across multiple industries
