Overview
The Media Planner is primarily responsible for campaign stewardship of strategic execution across digital media (OTT/ CTV, Audio, OLV, DIsplay/ Native, Social, Search, DOOH) and some offline (traditional OOH). This individual serves as the day-to-day point of contact with agency activation, creative, and operations teams demonstrating an ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally. The Media Planner has strong attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously requiring multiple touchpoints and ensuring accuracy from campaign ideation to execution. The Media Planner also has mastery over internal planning tools and the use of budget management in Prisma, with a working knowledge of digital media, marketing terms, advertising partners, and products. This person demonstrates a professional demeanor with the potential to flex into an increasingly client-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Principal to the setup and approval of paid media executions
- Collaborate with agency cross-functional teams in compliance and regulations-driven executions
- Negotiate independently with publishers and vendors
- Contribute to media plans and client presentations
- Daily internal team contact and ongoing tactical contact with clients
- Exercise operational upkeep of budgeting, buying, and financial systems
- Adopt a performance marketing mindset using data to inform strategic decisions impacting media and creative outcomes
- Supports client and agency partner relationships
- Topline management of client investment contracts
- Planning with General Market and Hispanic Market is a plus
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of media planning experience is required
- Passion for performance marketing
- Demonstrated desire to learn, proactiveness and accountability
- Exhibits strong organizational skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel

Compensation Range: $61,500- 76,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
