About The Role
A growing e commerce business is urgently hiring for Amazon PPC Experts!
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage 35+ Amazon seller accounts, ensuring each account's PPC campaigns are optimized for profitability and performance
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute tailored PPC strategies for both product launches and ongoing scaling. Implement best practices for new product listings, sponsored campaigns, and keyword targeting
- Ongoing Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, keywords, and budgets to maximize sales while maintaining efficient ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale)
- Scaling & Growth: Design and implement scalable strategies for accounts that are ready for growth, including advanced tactics for high-volume campaigns
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize Amazon's reporting tools and third-party analytics to drive decision-making. Track key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS (Total ACOS), CTR, conversion rates, and more to refine strategies
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize budgets for each account, ensuring cost-effective spending while achieving revenue targets
- Collaboration: Work with the product launch teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing and business objectives
Requirements
- Proven Experience: At least 3+ years of experience managing Amazon PPC accounts, with experience managing 20+ accounts or a portfolio of significant size
- In-depth Knowledge of Amazon Ads: Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon's full advertising suite (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, etc.)
- Strong Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, and third-party PPC tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or PPC Scope
- Campaign Scaling Expertise: Experience in scaling campaigns effectively to handle high-volume accounts and launches
- Results-Oriented: Ability to work with tight margins and adjust strategies quickly to maintain profitability. Strong understanding of key PPC metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and high standards of performance
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex PPC data in an easily understandable manner for non-experts
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take ownership of large projects, ensuring all deadlines and performance targets are met
- Bonus Points: Experience working with international Amazon marketplaces (e.g., UK, EU, Canada, Australia) and using automation tools for PPC
