About The Team
The TikTok Live Operations team is in search of a dynamic "Creator Network Growth Manager" who thrives on cultivating connections and growing new business partnerships. As TikTok LIVE continues to expand at such a rapid rate, Creator Networks have become a pivotal force in driving this growth. TikTok LIVE Creator Networks are 3rd Party Companies (B2B) who work directly with TikTok LIVE creators to give them the support and strategic guidance the creators need to grow their audience and monetise their content on TikTok LIVE.
This role sits in our UK RiseHub team, which specialises in the onboarding and growth of newly signed Creator Network partnerships. In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering strategic, enduring relationships with LIVE Creator Networks across the UK, ultimately boosting LIVE business revenue.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
- Provide a best-in-class onboarding experience to all newly signed Creator Network partnerships. Build long-term, strategic relationships with the Creator Network Founders and leadership teams.
Growing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Creator Network partners and achieve quarterly revenue targets. Support your portfolio of agency partners scale their operations (e.g. support them with their recruitment of LIVE creators, hiring of creator agents, setting up offline studios for creators, expanding their online presence, etc). Develop a deep understanding of each of your agency's business plan, vision and P&L, and consult with them to assist them in achieving their goals. Organise and host impactful events and roadshows aimed at boosting awareness and engagement with TikTok LIVE Creator Network program, driving its presence in the livestreaming industry.
Managing:
- Conduct weekly KPI check-ins with strategic partners in your portfolio in order to align on their weekly performance and work together collaboratively to unblock any issues, or double down on any high growth area. Plan, organise and lead monthly business reviews with strategic partners in your portfolio to strategically grow their revenue footprint and support them in scaling their agency operations.
Support:
- Provide reactive support to any day-to-day product issues that your agency portfolio may have. Co-ordinate issues between your portfolio and the relevant TikTok stakeholders in a timely mannor to minimise disruption to your portfolio's daily operations. Implement tactical strategies to drive incremental revenue by using different internal resources.
Reporting:
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years or more of industry experience, preferably but not necessarily in sectors related to live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, or start-ups, showcasing a deep understanding of industry intricacies and market nuances. Proven track record in business development/account management/partner management within the social media, tech or B2B sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Proficiency in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, leveraging innovative approaches to drive business growth. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and negotiate effectively while fostering long-term client relationships. Strong analytical abilities to assess the performance data of your agency portfolio and ability to take proactive action depending on the metrics.
