MDVIP, based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing Forecast & Analytics who will be accountable for leading a team of analyst/s and overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to performance marketing campaigns. This role plays a critical role in driving projected forecasting, data-driven decision making, optimizing marketing strategies, and improving overall campaign performance and financial return on investment. The Manager of Performance marketing Analytics is also responsible for providing actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders and guiding the company in leveraging data to achieve marketing goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Local Market Analyses (For ARC/Doctor Signing Approvals): Conduct local market research, assessing a specific geolocation's relevant data metrics in order to size the market opportunity. Using these findings to forecast and set expected results. Present findings and projections in an actionable report to be used by marketing campaign managers in campaign planning and implementation.
- Campaign Planning and Day Trading: Responsible for marketing campaign forecasts, including scenario planning against assumptions made - sizing the opportunity and setting projected goals, and then tracking against these goals. Square up the go-to market strategy for campaign managers to action, ensuring relevant tracking is in place. Ownership of daily/weekly marketing campaign performance results tracking through ongoing monitoring to identify opportunities against live campaigns - capturing results, communicating outcomes and reporting back to the marketing campaign management team through actionable recommendations.
- Creation and Maintenance of Analytics: Either through direct creation, or coordination with BI - develop, implement and manage overarching marketing analytics. Working with internal stakeholders to understand data sources, processes and KPIs, and campaign strategies to build dashboards, reports, and tools to help effectively track these measures for outcomes Help identify KPIs and calculate metrics, including CPM, CPC, CPE, CPA, ROI, etc.
- Develop intuitive, scalable dashboards, and consistently accurate reports and analyses to track performance and aid in planning and decision-making.
- Proactively monitor dashboards to identify trends and suggest optimizations to marketing efforts.
- Identify, measure and track customer acquisition cost and ROI utilizing a variety of methods, including performing match backs.
- Analyze complex data sets and transform raw data into actionable insights that ensure marketing efforts are effectively driving awareness, conversion, growth, and revenue. Helping to translate these outcomes to stakeholders in simple story/narrative format, not just raw data – to help them quickly and effectively make decisions.
- Present the summary and interpretation of all marketing analytical needs that provide insight and recommendations to channel managers and leadership.
- Supports the broader team in re-occurring performance reviews at weekly and monthly touchpoints.
- Assist in developing insights relating to the customer, attribution modeling, campaign outcomes, and others as needed – related to all channels owned by the performance marketing team.
- Data, Attribution and Reporting Systems Management: As the central expert for our marketing analytics you will have a strong understanding of all marketing analytics systems, how and where our data is and how to utilize it to gather analytics, understanding how our various analytics systems relate and work together to gather the full story, while maintaining and ensuring their accuracy and accessibility for analytics usage. Coordinate, validate and use experience-based judgement to determine and ensure accuracy within our marketing data/analytics and technology platforms. This includes (but not limited to) correct data attribution, de-duplication, and result validation to ensure accuracy.
- Own and manage marketing analytics systems as the central expert for all marketing analytics – to ensure consistent reporting accessibility and accuracy, in coordination with IT and Agency partners (where necessary). This includes but is not limited to Power BI, Google Analytics (GA360 / GA4), Salesforce, MS SQL Data Warehouse, Email Analytics, and others as necessary.
- Create, define, and maintain adequate documentation around data definitions, lead routing, marketing system processes, and reporting accessibility and KPIs. Act as the owner and expert surrounding all related items.
- Gather, analyze, and validate new data sources, as well as maintain existing data sources to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist with campaign tagging and tracking implementation as well as ongoing management and maintenance leveraging Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4 / GA360) and other performance marketing platforms.
Qualifications
Education / Experience / Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, preferably in Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a related degree with analytics and quantitative emphasis; MBA or Masters or equivalent experience in Analytics preferred; or equivalent combination of advanced training/education or relevant experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling.
Related experience assumes a similar corporate role focused on Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics or Business Forecasting. Seven to ten years' experience in a business analytics, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably working directly with a marketing / finance team is required.
Required Experience And Skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience
- Experience with performance marketing data sources and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data quality concepts, best practices, and tools/technologies.
- Experience using and managing data visualization / BI reporting tools such as PowerBI (preferred) or Tableau to support the creation of actionable analytics.
- Experience in data management through the utilization of programmatic languages such as SQL, Excel, and/or graphical interfaces through marketing specific technology.
- Demonstrates good analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Thrives in a team environment and demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills that enables collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Has a high functioning ability to understand and learn new technology, systems, or software easily.
- Strong attention to detail is required to ensure testing and regular analysis is performed to ensure we deliver best in class customer experiences through our data driven marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work with various teams throughout the organization.

- Experience as an active member of a data governance program
- Sufficient technical skills to monitor and challenge the deliverables of IT teams.
- Good project management skills, to guide both point-in-time and ongoing data quality improvement projects.
- Strong technical writing skills, documentation abilities, and ability to create process flowcharts through Vizio
- Experience managing large datasets in different formats such as Excel, Access, SQL database, online sources, data warehouses, etc. is highly desired
- Experience with business intelligence, ETL and data visualization platforms such as PowerBI (Preferred), Tableau, Domo, etc.
