Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEM Specialist with a strong focus on Google Ads to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns. This role demands a data-driven professional who excels in campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis to achieve measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping Networks.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize CTR and ROI.
- Implement bidding strategies based on campaign goals and KPIs.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns for Quality Score, landing page relevance, and ad placement.
- Continuously improve campaign structure, targeting, and ad extensions.
Budget Management
- Plan and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize performance while minimizing cost.
- Track and report on daily and monthly spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights.
- Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to assess traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion paths.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the content, design, and SEO teams to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate with clients/stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives are met.
Market Research
- Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, industry trends, and competitors' advertising strategies.
- Experiment with new ad formats and features to stay ahead in the SEM landscape.
Technical Implementation
- Set up and manage tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and integrations.
Requirements
Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management.
- Familiarity with scripts, automation tools, and third-party ad platforms.
Analytical Abilities
- Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and deriving actionable insights.
Creativity
- Ability to craft compelling ad copies and test innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Certifications
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, or Shopping) are highly preferred.
