Mission
The Paid Media Specialist drives measurable business results by strategically planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. This role maximizes return on investment (ROI) and achieves key performance indicators (KPIs) through data-driven insights and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Oversee social media advertising across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring ads are tailored to each platform's distinct features and audience.
- Campaign Creation: Design and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies that align with marketing objectives and business goals. Identify target audiences, establish campaign objectives, and allocate budgets.
- Ad Creation: Create and oversee the development of engaging ad creatives, including text, visuals, and video content, that appeal to target audiences and encourage interaction.
- Campaign Execution: Launch, monitor, and manage ad campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate execution, including A/B testing and adjustments based on performance metrics.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance indicators, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-click, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Create reports and offer actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage ad budgets to ensure resources are used efficiently, adjusting expenditures as needed based on performance and campaign requirements.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in paid media advertising, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube ads, and other emerging platforms is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's Degree graduate
- Strong understanding of each platform's features, targeting options, bidding strategies, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with content creation, website analytics, and reporting
- Experience in Google Analytics tools such as (Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Cente), Facebook tools (Facebook Business Suite), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other related tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
