About The Team
The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy and the growth of solutions across internal and external media channels for Shopee sellers. The role requires strong knowledge of digital media, paid-owned-earned media models and performance marketing to drive growth for Shopee sellers.
The product solution partner will focus on driving business growth for our Marketing Solutions product – Affiliate Marketing Solution (AMS). In this role, you'll be working with a wide range of regional and local cross-functional teams including but not limited to Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations both regionally and locally.
Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local business development teams to develop, execute, and refine commercial strategies to drive up the scale and adoption of AMS
- Rollout new AMS features across local markets and manage the end-to-end delivery of its go-to-market strategy
- Conduct market research to understand commercial and product offerings from competitor platforms and generate actionable business insights via qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Provide regular tracking and reporting on solution performance, oversee results against commercial targets to recommend strategy and action plans
- Work closely with both product and business teams to find growth opportunities and solve problems resourcefully
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or a similar position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication with experience managing multiple stakeholders across different levels
- Strong ownership and can work towards goals independently with drive; resourceful and proactive problem-solver
- Optional but a plus: Proficient in one or more SEA languages: i.e. Thai, Viet, Bahasa
