Job Overview
Databricks is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager who will focus on scaling their APJ region across all paid media channels. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to guide channel plans, provide strategic optimization opportunities, and improve the customer journey.
The Impact You Will Have
- Partner with regional stakeholders to educate them on digital channel capabilities and media best practices
- Work with global digital team and agency partners to expand regional campaigns into new categories, markets, and languages
- Bring expertise to improve global channel strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Third-party Media buys
- Oversee and present performance and pacing for the APJ region
- Develop regional-specific campaigns to meet regional needs
- Plan local Third-party Media buys to round out global strategy
- Ensure lead generation and pipeline goals are exceeded in the APJ region
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience
- 4+ years of experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social
- B2B marketing experience in a high-growth environment
- Experience working with complex data sets (Tableau & Google Analytics)
- Experience scaling digital media programs in APJ markets
- Expert in Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising platforms
