Job Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking individual to join the Brand and Growth Team and dedicated to assisting functional team leaders in defining near- and long-term traffic and growth strategies. As a Traffic Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities that contribute to driving platform traffic growth and topline impact.
Identify growth opportunities and challenges through data analysis.
Maintain a broad view of growth-related topics, staying updated with industry news and trends.
Apply extensive functional knowledge in digital marketing, CRM, social commerce and more to provide high-level analysis and strategic insights.
Communicate findings and initiatives to stakeholders, articulating the strategic importance of their work and gaining support.
Collaborate with other functional leads within the Business and Growth team, translating strategies into actionable plans for countries.
Maintaining ongoing reporting and tracking the progress of growth initiatives.
Collaborate closely with external partners on strategic partnership projects, driving these projects forward, establishing robust partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the organisation's growth strategy.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in a relevant industry, internet or consulting background.
- Proven skills in data-driven analysis, presentations, and interpersonal communication.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and/or CRM, social commerce related domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds.
- Flexibility to adapt to new challenges.
