Job Description
Drive the planning, execution, and closing of special projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
Facilitate cross-market collaboration, communication and strategic initiatives implementation between Regional teams and local markets.
Manage transformation projects across multiple departments, working in tandem with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks.
Develop comprehensive change management plans that include communication, risks mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerators.
Supervise and lead project teams by providing direction, motivation, and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- Prior experience in a management consulting firm will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale project management and delivery.
- Substantial exposure to the consumer technology sector or marketing function will be an added advantage.
- Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and project management expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
