Role Overview
Trellix is looking to fill the position of Senior Manager, Demand Generation to help take our company’s growth to the next level. The overriding responsibility of this role is to design and oversee the execution of multi-touch demand creation programs, based on both inbound and outbound tactics, that drive pipeline creation and revenue growth.
This role reports to the Director, Demand Generation under our Marketing Department. This role will work closely with the Trellix Sales, Marketing and Partner teams. The ideal candidate is data driven, strategic, and willing to roll-up their sleeves to get things done. It requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, creativity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic culture.
About the role
Demand Generation Strategy
Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leads. Identify target audiences and create customized campaigns to engage them at different stages of the buyer’s journey.
Campaign Management
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, paid media, webinars, and events. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback.
Lead Generation & Nurturing
Design and execute lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads.
Content Development
Partner with content and creative teams to produce compelling assets, such as whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and infographics. Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand generation.
About You
- 7+ years’ digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology markets.
- At least 2 years being responsible for the demand generation function at a SaaS or Cyber Security company.
- Expert in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting.
- Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Deep understanding of optimization requirements at the different stages of the funnel.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems, experience with SalesForce, Pardot and 6Sense is a strong asset.
- Strong project management skills.
- Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing & growth levers (acquisition, adoption/activation, monetization, retention).
- Outstanding English communication and language skills.
