OverviewCollaboration with CCO and Creative Leadership:
- Serve as Casting Director who understands the ins and outs of employees’ skill sets, strengths, and weaknesses to appropriately map talent to the business
- Ensure client teams have the right talent by partnering with leadership to understand the work/ client needs
- Work closely with creative teams to define project goals, objectives, staffing requirements and vision for success
Collaboration with Project Managers:
- Collaborate daily with project managers and creative leads to understand project priority, scopes, requirements and timelines
- Participate in project planning meetings to provide insights into resource availability and constraints
- Communicate resource allocation decisions to project managers, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals
Resource Allocation & Management:
- Ensure resource plans align with proper casting and project types
- Assess the skill sets, strengths, and availability of Dept W creative team members to strategically allocate resources for maximum efficiency and project success
- Collaborate with multiple teams (Sourcing/Hiring, other agencies) across the Publicis network to identify internal and external talent profiles for specific projects
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities and expertise within the Groupe network and of each team member to ensure the right match for each project
- Collaborate and coordinate with agency RM/ Ops teams
- Advise on best practices for workforce planning (location strategy, experience & talent mix of organization)
- Attend client operations meetings to review and monitor staffing allocations which impact overall capability talent management
- Maintain tracking of assignments (Full-Time, Freelance, Mobility)
Creative Operations (Power of One team wide):
- Identify headcount allocations to accelerate creative team growth to align with business needs from project planning to execution
- Identify process and organization needed to ensure resourcing is managed effectively across all facets of the business and operations run smoothly to meet client demands
- Review team burn reports to understand staffing efficiencies and to inform financial health and staff planning
- Have a strong understanding of metrics related to the staffing function – billability, utilization, investment allocations and revenue forecasts – and use the data to make decisions and advise your capability partners
- Maintain an up-to-date view of information in sharable dashboard of creative capacity by project, capability, and agency
- Maintain and evolve a comprehensive index of freelance talent
- Develop, execute, and manage yearly headcount planning cycle as well as end-to-end project plans and ensuring on-time delivery
- Partner with Recruiting on open reqs, keeping them informed of changing talent needs
- Efficiently prioritize and communicate status of open needs based on revenue status, state of the business, and current staffing structure
- Make recommendations and drive follow-through on the key pillars of Staffing – Open to Hire Planning, Client-to-Client rotation, Short-term loans and Long-term Transfers, Cross-office and cross-agency mobility and Freelance Management
- Partner with agency RM/ HR teams on performance and risk management, and broader talent management trending (attrition, high potential tracking, etc.)
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, HR,
- Art/Design, Creative)
- 4-6 years of work experience, mandatory experience in creative recruiting and/or Creative resource management in a digital agency setting
- Strong familiarity of the creative disciplines for both Campaign and Content creation and Product and System design
- Clear understanding of typical the project timelines, methodologies and processes associated with digital marketing
- Able to multitask at speed and keep clear track of a breadth of information
- Extreme proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Office
- Eagerness to problem solve
- Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation Range: $97,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
