Position Description
Realign (Jobtest.org) is seeking an analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Lead with a strong track record of success in driving growth through paid media channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with a strategic mindset and a passion for growth in a fast-paced, AI-driven world.
As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will not only execute and optimize campaigns but also guide our marketing team to embrace cutting-edge tools and strategies, including AI, to stay ahead in this rapidly evolving space. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive growth marketing strategy, establish efficient creative operations, and explore new paid media opportunities to help achieve ambitious company goals.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with leads in SEO, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing to create integrated campaigns that amplify growth across all channels. Your expertise in data analysis, strategic thinking, and execution will play a pivotal role in delivering measurable results aligned with key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop, execute, and refine a data-driven performance marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals and objectives.
- Paid Media Ownership: Take full ownership of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, continuously testing and iterating to improve performance and ROI.
- Creative Strategy and Operations: Lead creative strategy and production, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality, performance-driven content that educates, inspires, and converts.
- Data-Driven Analytics: Analyze campaign performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Regularly track, report, and present actionable insights to refine marketing efforts and ensure key KPIs are met.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead all aspects of CRO, including generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and optimizing user experiences to maximize conversion rates.
- Growth and Experimentation: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments to unlock new acquisition funnels, channels, and promotional strategies that drive scalable and sustainable growth.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SEO, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and impactful across all channels.
- Process Improvement: Build and improve systems, workflows, and processes to optimize campaign execution, creative development, and team efficiency.
- Thought Leadership: Provide clear, strategic recommendations in ambiguous situations, evolving your approach as new data emerges. Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
5+ years of strategic and operational experience in scaling paid media campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance marketing mechanics. Expertise in managing Meta and Google Ads. Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), including running A/B tests, developing hypotheses, and improving user experiences to drive measurable growth. A holistic view of growth marketing, with exposure to complementary areas such as product marketing, SEO, partnerships, and retention marketing to identify cross-channel opportunities. Expertise in using ROAS, LTV, and other key metrics to evaluate campaign success and ensure alignment with business goals. A proven ability to work in dynamic, high-velocity environments, fostering efficiency and continuous learning while maintaining focus on outcomes. A strong passion for growth, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Performance Marketing Expert: You bring experience in driving B2C performance marketing campaigns and scaling budgets across paid channels. You have a strong grasp of PPC mechanics, including bid management, audience testing, creative development, and campaign optimization.

Location and Time Commitment
We are fully remote - you can work wherever you're most productive. This role is full-time and will need to overlap with US EST for the majority of the workday. Compensation
At Realign (Jobtest.org), we design compensation packages to make this your dream job both in the short and long term. Our packages are personalized to align with your priorities and may include a combination of base salary, performance-based bonuses, and equity options tied to company success.
For candidates located in New York, Washington, Colorado, California, and Illinois, the base salary range is $170k-$195k. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
