Position Summary
The Senior Manager - Amazon Marketing will be responsible for the design, development, and continued management of digital marketing plans for brand channels, such as Amazon and Walmart. This role will lead a digital marketing team to drive a customer-centric focus in digital experiences that maximize performance objectives.
Core Functions
- Design, develop, and manage digital marketing plans for all digital channels (customer acquisition and retention) to ultimately maximize performance and achieve objectives.
- Own the development and management of digital marketing budget and spend by brand, as well as ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Update and maintain Amazon Brand Pages and oversee brands transitioning to RealTruck.
- Represent the Amazon Sales team on strategic initiative charters.
- Manage an internal and external team of marketing channel owners.
- Build a digital measurement discipline, based on common KPI's, for targeting, tracking, and evaluating investments to ensure maximum ROI and delivery of shared learnings.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship and communication with internal and external partners to help ensure flawless execution.
- Develop a test/learn/optimize plan by channel and ensure operational execution to maximize results.
- Leverage digital marketing analytics and build dashboards to provide insights and make recommendations to reach the consumer in new ways and to improve marketing ROI.
- Instill a customer-centric focus in the team and drive the creation of digital experiences that engage our customers and build affinity for our brands.
- Partner with eCommerce team, Advertising/Marketing, and Merchandising, to effectively execute campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience with digital marketing is required, with expertise in acquiring customers through digital channels as well as digital retention tactics and 3+ years of management experience.

Travel
Occasional travel may be required.
Supervisor Responsibilities
Manager+: Plans, organizes, evaluates, and directs the employees within the department function. Has direct reports.
Physical Requirements
This position is subject to sedentary work; Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
