About You
You are looking for a full-time remote position and are excited about working with a high growth global team (US, Europe, Asia) energetically and efficiently managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, or/and LinkedIn. Working closely with the CEO, you are quick to pick up PPC patterns and patient enough to A/B test for the long-term results. You are detail-oriented, logical, and endlessly curious about the future of Paid Search. You will be responsible for advertising campaigns, tracking, and reporting across several platforms. You're able to set goals and establish realistic deadlines in collaboration with other team members, test iteratively (we love to test), achieving measurable results for our clients.
Responsibilities
Effectively manage the daily operations of the media department to include:
- The existing client base and their marketing and advertising campaigns are in Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TiTok etc.
- Develop and implement strategies for managed paid media campaigns.
- Ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
- Attend client meetings.
- Control all client budgets and ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering on KPIs.
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other account key metrics.
- Keyword, feed, and placement optimization, utilizing data-led decision-making as well as appropriate testing techniques (e.g., A/B or multivariate testing).
- Monitoring tracking activity for all accounts.
- Enhance brand discoverability, identify new opportunities for brand growth and optimization and drive demand for clients' products and services.
- Monitor competitor activities and take actions based on detailed analysis of the market share.
- Provide regular updates to clients, both written and verbal.
- Ensure clients always receive ad-hoc monthly reports on time.
- Make data-driven decisions based on the latest trends and analyses of the biddable media.
- Exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge, and resolving issues.
- Effectively run email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute compelling email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers to create engaging templates.
- Segment and manage email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalization to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze & report on email campaign performance.
- Onboard new clients and participate in new client acquisition.
- Engage in the media sales process and media lead-generating campaigns.
- Onboard new clients and build their new strategies.
- Continuous media process improvement via Asana and Notion SOPs.

Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years' hands-on experience of running paid media campaigns, ideally on the agency side.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/B2).
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, in particular search and shopping campaigns, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Solid knowledge of email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Experienced in keyword research, bid management, competitor analysis, and data-led ad testing, including A/B and multivariate testing.
- Able to proficiently explain account performance internally and to both new and existing clients.
- Up-to-date certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Highly analytical and KPI-driven, structured thinker with strong attention to detail and proven ability to build scalable campaigns.
- Proficiency in managing multiple PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals is a plus.
- Wider understanding of popular digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO and social media marketing) and how they impact or interact with PPC.
- Time management is a strength; you prioritize meeting deadlines, asking questions, and communicating delays appropriately.
- A quick learner as our digital industry changes all the time, with a high desire to learn, grow, and adapt in our ever-changing industry.
- You are focused and able to work independently, staying organized and on-task in a remote work environment.
- The ability to use AI in optimizing campaigns, content and strategies, would be a plus.
