Job Description
Razer's Software Business Unit is looking for an experienced Senior Growth Manager. This role is a hybrid, performance marketing primary, partnership development secondary role.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Data and Growth Analyst to identify, onboard, and optimize growth partners and vendors performances
- Create new revenue driven commercial relationships and manages existing ones
- Manage and coach assigned Partner Success Manager to structure new partnership proposals, develop implementation plans, and close deals
Expected Skills And Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing
- 8+ years of working experience in business development, strategic partnership management with a B2B focus software sales; advertising and/or affiliate program sales preferred
- Deep knowledge in performance marketing and related areas such as campaign set up, channel and asset optimizations
- Experience and proven track record in startup business management with P&L responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills and entrepreneur mindset
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills – Complex problem-solving skills
- Strong personality with the ability to define ambiguity and comfortable to operate in multiple time zones
- Outstanding written, oral and reading communication skills with English
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred Attributes
- Fluent in Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean, in both written and oral
- Proven experience in managing projects under multiple time zones
- MBA a plus
