About The Team
BytePlus is a business unit in ByteDance that provides intelligent platform services powered by industry-leading research in emerging technologies. The Platform team delivers a reliable and easy-to-use platform for businesses to discover, learn about, purchase, and use BytePlus solutions.
Role Responsibilities
- Planning market strategy: Responsible for Go-To-Market of Byteplus cloud products/solutions, cooperate with Product R&D and sales positioning, assist in setting sales targets, and plan market expansion strategies.
- Develop sales opportunities: Build sales prospects list through existing customer relationships, lead generation, and marketing activities.
- Expand effective business opportunities for sales by improving corporate profile and executing demand generation campaigns.
- Plan product marketing activities in collaboration with multi-department teams.
- Implement integrated marketing plans including online and offline advertising, public relations, and social media activities.
- Empower sales by providing product knowledge training, preferential policies, and marketing materials.
- Analyze competing products to help achieve sales goals.
- Create and maintain product-related sales tools like websites, brochures, presentations, videos, FAQs, and customer cases.
- Participate in building an operation platform and establishing business norms and standardized processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years working experience in product management / product operations
- Familiar with Cloud products and solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Regional product operations experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good cross-cultural awareness and effective collaboration with global teams
