Role: Director of Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Design and execute strategies across distinct marketing motions, from automated, e-commerce-like approaches for SMBs to high-touch, personalized strategies for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients
- Customer Lifecycle Optimization: Develop marketing strategies that drive engagement at every stage
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use data and A/B testing to refine marketing strategies
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with sales, product, CX, and creative teams
- Content and Creative Development: Create digital assets to drive brand awareness
- Marketing Operations: Manage agile sprints and analyze ROI
- Brand & Positioning: Elevate EasyLlama's brand identity
- People Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performance marketing team

- Annual Salary: $135,000 to $180,000 (plus bonus)
