VP, Demand Programs & Performance Marketing
The VP, Demand Programs and Performance Marketing is responsible for generating and accelerating a qualified pipeline through the effective planning and execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives that support new sales activities and customer expansion, while playing a pivotal role in the development, organization, and coordination of the corporate marketing strategy. Responsible for driving measurable growth across marketing channels by optimizing campaigns based on performance data. Responsible for optimizing ROI for Marketing spend across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develops a performance marketing strategy and designs campaigns across platforms (search, social, other media)
- Drives lead generation efforts by optimizing acquisition channels and identifying new customer segments for growth
- Develops strategies for customer retention through lifecycle marketing, including remarketing and email campaigns, to increase customer lifetime value (CLTV)
- Ensures consistent implementation of marketing strategy for customer acquisition, retention, expansion and partner marketing
- Generates and accelerates a qualified pipeline through the planning and execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives that support new sales activities and customer expansion
- Acts as a bridge between customer solution teams, regional sales teams, and the global marketing team
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Monitors and analyzes campaigns, Implements A/B testing, and provides insights and reporting
- Works closely with product, creative, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, promotional activities, and brand guidelines
- Leverages marketing technology platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) for automation, reporting, and optimization
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience leading demand generation on a national level
- Expertise in building integrated marketing campaigns for both enterprise and small-medium business markets
- Strong background in digital marketing and account-based marketing strategies for B2B and B2C
- Possess a mix of strategic, analytical, and hands-on execution skills, and have a proven track record of driving demand and managing a corporate marketing team
- Marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Asana, Bynder, and various marketing automation solutions
- Experience in Agile Marketing is highly desirable
- Travel - up to 10%
