Job Description
ETS Is looking for a highly motivated integrated marketing leader to expand and optimize the ETS corporate brand presence and be a key leader within the global Center of Excellence.
The Executive Director, Integrated Marketing plays a dual role: leading performance-driven marketing across the ETS corporate brand and sub brands (ETS Solutions, ETS Research Institute), and setting the standard via best practices for ETS's independent brand teams, regional teams, and local markets as part of the corporate Center of Excellence.
The Executive Director, Integrated Channel & Performance Marketing will drive the strategic direction and execution of our global email, social, and search marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels, ensuring cohesive and high-performing marketing campaigns. As a key leader within the global center of excellence, the Executive Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies, leverage data-driven insights, and achieve measurable business outcomes. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to foster innovation and excellence within the team.
This position reports into the AVP, Global Head of Brand & Marketing Excellence — driving marketing effectiveness and efficiency — and will lead a team of 6–8 people.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across email, social, search channels and paid digital media. Lead integration of marketing campaigns to ensure a unified brand message and optimal performance across all channels.
- Campaign Management: Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of holistic digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines to drive business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using data analytics and insights. Continuously optimize strategies and tactics based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
- Reporting and Communication: Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, key stakeholders, global teams and BUs. Ensure alignment on priorities, develop and track project roadmaps to ensure timely and efficient completion of deliverables.
- Best Practices: Serve as digital marketing subject matter expert and thought leader across the organization. Document and share global best practices in a playbook to optimize marketing efforts across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business needs. Become a trusted advisor to business, brand, regional, local market partners.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of curiosity, drive, focus, and collaboration to drive effectiveness and efficiency.
- Budget, Vendor, and Partner Management: Oversee budget tracking and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.
- Marketing Technology Management: Oversee the management of corporate MarTech platforms. Ensure seamless integration of MarTech solutions with existing systems and processes, always looking for ways to drive synergies across the enterprise. Ensure marketing activities comply with regulations and best practices.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, MBA preferred, or related field of study or equivalent combination of work and education.
Experience
- 10+ years of business/marketing experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Prior experience in a Center of Excellence or similar organizational structure a plus
- Demonstrated track record in identifying winning consumer insights, growth opportunities and priorities
- Experience working cross functionally with R&D, Market Research, Advertising Agencies, Finance, Legal, Project Management and Program staff
- Experience working with global partners and managing offshore resources effectively.
- Experience with marketing technology stacks, including email (HubSpot preferred), social media (Sprout Social preferred), webinar platforms, Google Analytics, search tools and more.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
