Job Description
We seek a Paid Media Specialist to join our Paid Acquisition Engine team. Partnering with a creative specialist, you will drive customer acquisition and engagement through paid social media campaigns. Your expertise will contribute to scaling performance across multiple platforms while maintaining efficiency and meeting ambitious client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Audience Strategy: Design and refine advanced audience targeting strategies using first- and third-party data.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Specialists to align ad creative strategies with performance goals.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze data to enhance ROAS, CPA, and other critical metrics.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and track multiple client budgets to achieve cost efficiency.
- Testing Strategies: Develop and implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Analytics & Reporting: Deliver detailed performance insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Client Communication: Present strategies and results in an impactful, client-friendly manner.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in paid social media advertising with proven growth results.
- Certifications: Meta Blueprint certification is required; additional platform certifications are a plus.
- Campaign Management: Demonstrated experience managing $15k+ monthly ad spend across multiple accounts.
- Analytics: Strong data analysis and optimization skills, focusing on ROAS and CPA.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency for client communication and reporting.
Tool Proficiency
Essential:
- Meta Ads Manager (advanced level).
- TikTok Ads Manager.
- UTM tracking implementation.
- CRM and social analytics tools.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with attribution platforms and landing page optimization.
- Twitter and Reddit Ads expertise.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and tracking limitations.
