Role Overview
The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion and user acquisition efforts for Paytm Money’s platform.
This role involves developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing user funnels, and leveraging data-driven insights to scale the business and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify new growth opportunities and market segments for expansion.
User Acquisition and Retention
- Create and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition through various channels including digital marketing, partnerships, and promotions.
- Develop strategies to enhance user retention and lifetime value through personalized engagement and targeted interventions.
Data-Driven Insights
- Analyze user data, behavior, and feedback to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth.
- Use A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize user journeys and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with product features and improvements.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute growth campaigns and promotional activities.
Performance Monitoring
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives and user acquisition efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on growth performance, trends, and forecasts.
Innovation and Experimentation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging growth strategies.
- Drive experimentation with new tactics, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in growth management, user acquisition, or a related role, preferably within the fintech or tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving user growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with growth tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
