Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with a proven track record of managing and optimizing high-budget campaigns (₹2-5 Lacs per month). This is a mid-level, expert role for a self-driven professional to lead and manage performance marketing efforts for Digivancy Services clients. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive results through paid channels, strategize campaigns, and analyze data to optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Develop, manage, and optimize high-impact paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Budget Management: Proven track record of spending ₹2-5 lakh/month in ad campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI while adhering to campaign budgets.
- Analytics & Reporting: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Prepare reports on performance to be shared with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the account management and design teams (or external creatives) to create effective ad copy and visuals, ensuring alignment with the client’s business goals.
- Test & Optimize: Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance.
- Portfolio Building: Work on current projects (across various industries such as e-commerce, wellness, education, etc.) to grow the company’s client base and build a strong performance marketing portfolio.
- Client Communication: Regularly update clients on performance metrics, new strategies, and growth opportunities. Handle client queries and ensure transparency in campaign reporting.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising to implement innovative strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong portfolio of working with ad spends in the range of ₹2-5 lakh per month.
- Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of paid social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), Google Ads, PPC, SEO, remarketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights and improve campaigns.
- Creative Thinker: Ability to come up with innovative ad copy and creative strategies for diverse clients, especially when no dedicated content writer is available.
- Client-Facing: Strong communication skills for client-facing roles, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easily understandable way.
- Startup Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously with limited resources. Ability to take initiative and drive results.
