Team Overview
Annalect has increasingly become the Data and Ad-Tech engine across all of Omnicom, with Omni, our people-based precision marketing, and insights platform at the center of driving more data driven, impactful outcomes for our partners and clients. Our Enablement team serve as consultants, thought partners, and expert practitioners in our tools to help guide agency teams in leveraging our suite of capabilities to drive the best results for their clients, all while evolving and sharing best practices across users and stakeholders in the network.
Position Overview
The Manager, Enablement will be responsible for providing critical support to the Enablement team on many key initiatives. This role reports directly to an Associate Director of Enablement and work closely with many Annalect departments including Learning & Development, Marketing, Product, Data Strategy, Partnerships, and Engineering. They will also work directly with users of our products and services including agency teams and marketers. The position would help lead and present to leadership and users. Help mentor new hires with onboarding and getting acquainted with the department and company. Support various projects that may include, developing our product go-to-market strategy, distribution of user communication and content, and conduct research regarding user feedback results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams and present regular updates to leadership and users
- Participate in, and support strategic plans to drive adoption, growth and success of Generative AI offerings (inclusive of go to market plans and L&D collateral to support users)
- Support customization and localization of Omni for client needs including data ingestion and tech configuration
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate the solutions into business workflows, products and services, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
- Support production and distribution of user communication, L&D content, webinars, and case studies
- Support user feedback and research
- Support team on-boarding and information governance
- Support project management, ensuring deliverables are achieved effectively and on time
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience at a media agency, marketing analytics firm, or in a quantitative, data-driven field
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business-related fields
- An understanding of some of the following: marketing technology, behavioral data, audience creation techniques, media strategy, media investment, digital media, dynamic creative, campaign measurement, product design – all things connected to using data and technology to create better marketing outcomes
- Hands-on experience with a marketing technology or media product
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
- Creative and strategic thinker who is willing to take risks and challenge the status quo
- Ability to problem solve and exercise independent decision making
- Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences with differing levels of technical expertise

Compensation Range
$68,000—$80,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
