Job Title
We are looking for a Director, Paid Media Marketing to be a day-to-day steward of media campaign development, activation and innovation. This person will work closely with the media strategy and client teams to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful paid media campaigns on social and digital channels. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope and requires the ability to apply detailed paid social knowledge to actionable insights and recommendations.

What you’ll do
- Drive strategic paid social media campaigns within the team as well as help develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns.
- Make adjustments as needed, depending on business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert in existing and emerging social media trends, specifically as it relates to advertising and promotional content.
- Oversee the pitching, creation, and activation of all Men in Blazers Media Network paid social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date on social media trends in and around the sport of soccer, to best position our marketing campaigns.
- Help develop efficient sales packages through Social channels and YouTube, and any other form of media in the Men in Blazers Media Network.
- Assist cross functional teams, such as the sales & partnership teams, in compiling & analyzing data and KPIs to form new, creative, strategies.
What you need
- 4+ years of directly related experience.
- 3+ years working with Facebook & Twitter ads platforms with hands-on experience managing and optimizing buys through API and/or self-serve tools.
- Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.
- Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills.
- Previous leadership/management experience is preferred.
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
