About the Role
- Work with Social Activation AMDs to drive client and department initiatives forward.
- Collaborate with other departments within the agency when new campaigns are being planned to ensure best practices are being recommended while also aligning to client business & marketing goals.
- Help mentor Social Activation Specialists and Managers on how to execute campaigns end-to-end (setup, optimization, insights and reporting) across multiple social platforms.
- Provide relevant insights and actionable recommendations in campaign reporting.
- Be consistently curious – reading industry trade publications to learn about the latest offerings across all social platforms and think of ways our clients can leverage them.
- Assist in the development of POVs that focus on platform updates, technological advancements, breaking news that affects social platforms, etc.
- Ensure quality control of campaigns by implementing and adhering to a rigorous QA process.
- Help maintain process documentation based on each social platform’s best practices and client needs.
- Monitor campaign pacing to ensure budget is spent in full while simultaneously maintaining efficiencies.
- Lead in internal meetings on key topics and external meetings with social/technology partners.

Qualifications
4 -7 years of experience working in an advertising or on paid social media campaigns.
Required Skills
- White-listing/boosting influencer content across Meta and TikTok preferred but not required.
- Ability to review campaign briefs and translate them in Social activation plans.
- Must be comfortable presenting to clients and working with platform partners.
- Experience working in Google’s suite of platforms (Gmail, G-docs, G-sheets, etc.).
- Proficient with Excel.
- Detail oriented.
- Self Starter.
- Outside the box thinker.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Facebook Blueprint certification preferred but not required.
- SQL and Python experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Salary Range: Our estimated range for this role is $73k- $88k.
Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role.
There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise.
Each level has its own compensation range.
