Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for overseeing our paid search campaigns across multiple countries that Leica Biosystems operates in. This role will be accountable for generating leads, sales funnel and revenue from paid search campaigns. You will also identify and evaluate emerging platforms and generative AI technologies to improve PPC channel performance.
This position is part of the Digital Marketing & eCommerce team located in and will be a remote role based in the US. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the Digital Marketing team and report to the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on Paid Search campaigns, lead generation and conversion optimization. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement innovative paid search strategies focused on lead generation and conversion optimization
- Build landing pages, run A/B tests, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic
- Engage in the hands-on management of paid search campaigns
- Manage A/B testing and optimization to ensure optimal allocation and ROI maximization
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders and providing updates
Essential Requirements
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing PPC campaigns for B2B companies specifically for lead generation
- Demonstrated ability in working hands-on in PPC account optimizations in B2B settings
- Experience building & A/B testing landing pages and integration with CRMs such as Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Analyzing digital traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using web analytics tools
- Effective Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with key digital marketing areas: Email marketing, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, CRO & A/B testing

Compensation
Pay transparency language for locations where it may be required by law:
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
