Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Presales Solution Architect & GTM Strategist to join our growing Offering management team looking after all four practices - Cloud and Data Center, Security, Digital Workplace Services and Networking. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering compelling solutions that address the digital workplace needs of our clients.
You will leverage your deep understanding of digital workplace technologies and market trends to translate customer challenges into innovative solutions, ultimately driving sales and exceeding client expectations.

What you’ll do as the Manager - Demand Generation:

The Manager - Demand Generation at Zones, partners with Sales to fuel the lead engine for our IT Infrastructure Services. They create targeted account plans, collaborate on strategies with Sales for analyzing customer’s IT needs, key market trends, and craft consultative pitches that showcase Zones’ services capabilities to address them.
Responsibilities
- The Manager - Demand Generation as part of Zones’ Strategic Engagement Group will interact with the Zones’ sales leaders across the globe to carry out the following responsibilities.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer pain points related to IT infrastructure, informing campaign strategies and content creation.
- Customer Presentations: Craft compelling customer presentations that showcase the value proposition of IT infrastructure services tailored to address specific business needs.
- Sales Discussion Support: Partner with the Sales team to prepare for customer discussions, anticipating questions and developing clear, concise talking points.
- QBR/MBR Assistance: Actively participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to present progress reports and discuss ongoing IT infrastructure needs.
- Customer Journey Insights: Provide the Sales team with insights into customer buying journeys and decision-making processes for IT infrastructure services.
- Customer Responsibility Awareness: Equip the Sales team with a deep understanding of customer responsibilities and budgetary constraints related to IT infrastructure solutions.
- Post-Presentation Follow-Up: Collaborate with Sales to develop follow-up materials and answer any lingering questions after customer presentations.
- Competitive Intelligence Sharing: Share competitive intelligence with the Sales team, highlighting strengths and weaknesses of competitor IT infrastructure offerings.
- Proactively identify account renewal opportunities: Both with Zones and with other Service Providers to develop strategies for retaining existing customers and acquiring new customers for IT infrastructure services.
- Technical Acumen: Having a strong understanding of IT infrastructure services and their benefits to businesses.
- Consultative Selling: Understanding customer needs and crafting solutions that address them.
- Market Research: Conducting research to identify target markets, IT infrastructure trends, and competitor offerings.
- Presentation Skills: Crafting clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations for customer meetings.
- Demand Generation Strategy: Experience in developing and executing data-driven demand generation strategies for B2B technology companies.
- Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Pre-sales solutioning and pricing skills: Experience in solutioning (business-case creation, technical solution, effort estimation & commercials) for IT infrastructure transformation / managed services in Digital Workplace, Cloud & Datacenter, Networking, Security.
What You Will Bring To The Team
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure services pre-sales / GTM solution for Digital Workplace / Cloud & Datacenter / Networking / Security services with either a global IT services provider or leading technology consulting firms.
- Proven ability to partner with Sales, understand customer needs, and translate them into targeted IT infrastructure solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering. MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to develop high-level solution proposals for IT infrastructure services.
- Track record of conducting market research, identifying trends, and crafting compelling content (white papers, sales tools) to showcase value propositions.
- Experience designing and delivering relevant capability collaterals to equip the Sales team with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell IT infrastructure services.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with a globally distributed Sales team.
