Position Overview:
As the Growth Marketing Manager at Instantia, you will work directly with senior management to design and implement a marketing strategy that elevates brand awareness, and positions our world-first FX risk management platform and technology as a leader in the fintech industry.
This role encompasses orchestrating multi-channel marketing initiatives, including the development and execution of campaign strategies, event coordination, product positioning, and performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging target audiences, crafting impactful content, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our industry-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy Design and Delivery:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, aiming to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct research to assess available marketing channels and incorporate customer journey touchpoints to maximize impact.
- Ensure campaign strategies align with sales cycles and commercial goals.
- Create and develop email marketing programs that drive client retention.
Content Creation:
- Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and webinars.

Perform Marketing Campaign Design and Delivery:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels, aiming to attract and engage target audiences effectively.
- Manage paid advertising initiatives across platforms to drive lead generation and maximize conversions.
- Utilize customer insights, market conditions, and campaign data to refine and optimize marketing strategies in line with evolving trends.
Event Co-ordination:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networks and reinforce brand positioning.
- Work with event staff to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Develop event materials.
- Source suppliers for merchandise.
- Logistics, transportation of event assets, booth setup.
Product Marketing:
- Work alongside product teams to formulate go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective communication of product value.
- Develop targeted messaging that resonates with our audience, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop messages and client-centric content for marketing materials.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a cost-effective approach that maximizes return on investment.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on results and key performance indicators.
- Manage the lead generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximized ROI on campaigns.
