Job Description:
This full-time entry-level position will provide support to the collection process. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, patience and understanding, persuasive, persistence, and firm ability.
Document processors maintain an organization's document filing systems. Their responsibilities include receiving, processing, and filing documents, including images and files. They also securely store documents and retrieve archived materials on request.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to organize, file, archive, and distribute documents.
- Knowledge of document classification categories and electronic filing systems is a plus.
- Ability to securely store or discard documents and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Schedule: 9 am -7 pm Monday through Friday (EST time)
- Availability to work one Saturday per month on a shorter schedule
