Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent Real-Time Analyst (RTA) with intermediate Excel skills to join our dynamic team. The RTA will be responsible for monitoring and managing real-time performance and adherence to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a real-time analyst or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of workforce management tools and software is a plus.
