Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
Develop paid, earned, owned strategy at division level through co-working with local and global counterparts.
Generate business impact through rolling out success cases between brands.
Identify growth opportunities and to identify solutions by analysis using various tools and data.
Contribute to digital upskilling of the division by providing guidance and support to brand teams.
To manage brand's digital plan and execution.
Define and implement the Digital strategy for the brand; develop and maintain the brand website.
Develop powerful integrated campaigns in line with Marketing, Merchandising, Education and PR activities.
Develop contents to enrich online and offline communications and help the brand reach its awareness and sales objectives.
Gather local needs and find relevant creative partners.
Develop a communication style specific to Digital, more in phase with digital consumers’ expectations.
Ensure a strong presence on social media, with a deep understanding of each network's specificities and consumers' expectations.
Setup target KPIs of digital activities (campaigns, ecommerce, social media), analyze and monitor performances, propose and execute improvements.
Collaborate with HQ digital team to optimize the actions in Japan.
Analyze brand's and competitors' interactive activity to make recommendations to management.
Monitor budget on all directly managed activities.
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
- More than 5 years experience in Digital Marketing.
- Expertise on the digital world, digital communication, media and advertisements.
- Knowledge on latest digital advertisement technology and solutions.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with external partners (especially media agency) and internal partners (brand team, corporate teams).
- Strong strategic thinking, project management and execution skills.
- Business level English.
Preferred Qualification 希望項目
- FMCG (not necessarily from cosmetic business) background.
- Good networking skills and ability to animate a worldwide Digital community.
- Team management experience.
- Strong understanding of media buying and digital advertising strategies.
