adoe’s Supply Growth team helps solve the everyday challenges of app publishers to reach maximum revenue profitability and promise a highly engaging ad experience.
You are always asking yourself “How can we keep optimizing our user funnel?,” “Where can new app placements really drive success?,” and “Which technical enhancements will help my clients hit their next revenue milestone?”
With a specialized skill set for both traditional and technical account management, this team has a lasting effect on the enhancement of our product and its relationship to publisher revenue.
What You Will Do
- You will manage a portfolio of existing app publishers with the focus of generating more revenue for them and us
- You will establish strong relationships with your existing partners through day-to-day communication (Slack, E-Mails, Calls)
- You will analyze KPIs related to the performance of your partners and take action accordingly
- You will prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews (QBRs) for app publishers
- You will use our dashboard and other tools (Salesforce, Happyfox) to track activities related to your app publisher's portfolio
- You will gather and communicate your partner’s needs internally with the right priority, including technical troubleshooting
- You will initiate and manage supply projects by keeping a clear structure and monitoring results
Who You Are
- You are based in Japan
- You are fluent in Japanese and English
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Advertising Technology, Mobile Advertising, or Digital Marketing Space
- You have an understanding of the standard KPIs used in Ad Tech (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR, etc)
- You have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent analytical skills
- You mastering the Google Suite (Sheet and Slides especially)
- You have an output and revenue driven attitude
- You like to work in a fast-paced environment
- You have a strong sense of ownership
